I need to know about some of best technical analysis book name to find stock market prediction?
no matter how much Success anyone has has in the past no-one can successfully predict how the stock market is going to move in the future other than for a very short period and then for every expert saying one thing there is another saying the exact opposite!
for example each year there are predictions from the top experts as to the level that the FTSE index will be at the end of the year (no doubt there are similar predictions in other countries) – the range and spread of predictions is so wide every year that it is impossible to have any real idea of whether the market is going to go up or down let alone by how much. The top prediction is frequently double the bottom one with a fairly even spread between them – unless something miraculous or disaterous happens one of them will be right!
my advice – don’t waste you money buying books trying to predict what is going to happen and only invest money on the stock market that you can afford to lose if everything goes wrong (after all 2 yrs ago who would have that GM would be in trouble)

What is the best way to market a moving and storage comapany? Get leads?
I have a moving company in central Florida, we offer very quality service. I have a lack of business and need some qualified leads, I already advertise and send emails to Realtors as well as faxes to their offices. What do you feel the best way to market my services would be?
You must offer some kind of incentive to the realtors in order for them to promote your service. It could be gift cards etc. I would strongly recommend that you don’t send any faxes. Fax-spam is very annoying because it costs them paper.
Another important question is if you follow the CAN-SPAM laws in your emails. Also if you are sending your emails through a reputable email software company, whether you send HTML or Plain text emails.
If you do your email Marketing the right away, you can possibly get some leads.
Another idea is to hire a freelancer to make cold calls to people who have listed their properties on real estate websites. The problem with this idea is that they will not be moving right away. You need to find people who are moving soon.

Is it reasonable to use savings money market account that way?
I'm thinking of getting a single amount in savings that will use transfer of small amounts of test once a month. I want to do this for to control costs.
That sounds like a good idea. Check conditions their accounts to see if there are restrictions in the number of transactions. Also, consider to link accounts for overdraft so that money be taken from savings too much at the expense of checking account. You can also consider for use in assessing the cash costs. Take money from the bank if one month and when you lose, you're ready costs by next month.

Making the Transition from an Entrepreneurship to a Professionally Run Business
Starting a new business is an exciting venture, full of challenge, opportunity, and excitement.. Especially, if your entrepreneurial concept gains traction and generates growth. When it does, the next step is transitioning from an entrepreneurship to a professionally run business.
However, here is the irony. At this transition point—precisely the one you want to reach—is where many small businesses run into trouble. Because while the entrepreneurial skill set is great for creating and building new businesses, it is not as well suited to transforming fledgling businesses into long-term companies.
As a business grows beyond the startup stage, the ingredients that made for a winning start become a recipe for disaster. This is where Entrepreneurs often make big mistakes. As Bill Gates observed, “Success is a lousy teacher. It seduces smart people into thinking they can’t lose. “
Smart people can lose. And many entrepreneurs do every day. The key is to understand the business lifecycle and how to move from one stage of the lifecycle to the next. Transition is a natural part of the process. A rapidly expanding company can quickly outgrow its infrastructure. Suddenly the informal management style that worked so well in the beginning no longer gets the job done. The organization’s existing infrastructure cannot support the next stage of growth, and the fallout is upheaval.
In truth, rapid growth and expansion place an incredible strain on resources. The gap between the infrastructure you will need and the infrastructure that has evolved becomes painfully evident. If your business is to succeed, you need systems and processes that will stabilize your company and support future growth. This is why a well-planned transition strategy is so important.
In most cases, with an entrepreneurially run business, management is more growth-and innovation-driven and less profit-driven. The emphasis is on creativity and innovation rather than structure or operations. Planning is haphazard rather than systematic. The organizational structure is loosely defined. Budgeting is implied. In essence, an entrepreneurially run business is an adolescent in the business lifecycle, pursuing growth, change, and opportunity but is desperately in need of stabilization.
On the other hand, a professionally managed organization is one with formal, thoughtfully-developed systems and processes and a disciplined, profit-oriented approach to doing business. In professionally managed organizations, management techniques have evolved beyond the spontaneous, reactive mentality typical of startups. Management styles are established. Professionally managed organizations are more democratic (typically consultative or participative). Professionally managed enterprises are based on clearly communicated objectives, expectations, and accountability.
To advance beyond an entrepreneurship business, The Entrepreneur must take stock and implement systems, develop processes, and hire people who can steward the company into the future. This transition requires formal planning, meetings, systems, and clearly defined roles, responsibilities, and processes.
The first step in advancing from an entrepreneurship to that of a professionally run business is to recognize that the business has reached a new stage in its business lifecycle. The second step is to acknowledge that it is now time for change. The third step is to enlist the help of outside professional business advisors to assist you with the transition.
With a professional general business advisor, you obtain an accurate and an unbiased diagnosis of your entire business. Only then can you develop and implement an effective strategy to transition from entrepreneurship to a professionally run business. The professional general business advisor assists you with the development and implementation of the following:
• Assess your organizational infrastructure to determine how well existing systems, processes, and structure support future needs. • Know where you are headed so you can communicate to your employees the direction that your company will take in future developments.
• Draft a development plan that maps out how you will build the competencies you need for the next stage of development.
• Create or revisit your business plan and use it to guide and monitor your progress.
• Develop training and mentoring programs to cultivate the management team’s capabilities.
• Implement realistic systems for planning, organizing, managing, and increasing accountability. • Standardize the various processes for the best efficiency.
• Define the roles and responsibilities of each employee.
• Establish and communicate objectives, goals, measures, and rewards to your stakeholders.
• Let go, and let the experts do their jobs.
When companies transition from startups to professionally managed enterprises, founder/entrepreneurs often arrive at a crossroads. As the business owner, you need to consider if you should step back and hand the reins over to an experienced, professional management team? Or, should you stay and attempt to adopt a more structured management style?
The decision is yours. However, keep in mind, that the skills it takes to hatch a business concept … identify a market … develop a product or service …and assemble the resources and operations to bring it to market are not the same skills you need to shepherd a company into the future.

The Nigerian scam also known as the 419 fraud is one of the most prevalent and popular. It started in the early 1980s. The name was derived from 419, a sub-classification of all Advance Free Fraud crimes.
The 419 Scam works in many ways. It can be through unsolicited emails or fax messages. It can also be done through crude oil and commodity deals, money cleaning, spoof banks, fake lottery or fake endorsements like employment.
Sending unsolicited letters is also known as classic 419. The messages usually contain illegal proposals or money laundering. It can be in the form of over-invoiced or double invoiced business proposals.
Crude oil and commodity deals are offered to you as goods and services. You will be buying the commodities that do not really exist. Such scam is also called Goods and Services 419.
Money cleaning is offering currency that needs to be cleaned chemically. Before the money can be used, he will get the cost of the chemical. When payment comes, he has already gone together with the money you had cleaned. This is known as the Black Currency 419.
Spoof Bank deals with a bogus bank account. Victims are fooled of being able to cash out a large sum of money after initially paying the scammer a certain fee.
The money order 419 scam deceives victims with fake large checks. On the other hand, fake lottery conveys that a person won in a certain lottery that one never joined in the first place. It lures the victim with large sums of money. These are usually passed on in emails.
Employment 419 is just like a business scam. They hire you for a job that you will never get paid for. Or they will promise employment after you pay a certain fee, but you will never get the job.
There are many more 419 scams not mentioned here. There is also an advance fee scam. You will be asked to pay your tax in advance. You will be threatened with a lawsuit if you don’t comply.
Many people have fallen victims to Nigerian 419 scams. Even celebrities have been victimized at one time or another. Follow some tips to avoid being the next prey.
First, even if you are given thousands of reasons, never pay anything in advance. Pay if you already have the thing that you are paying for. Do not go for an abstract paper contract.
Be careful in using your credit cards. You might be paying for something you never purchased.
Checks are not as good as cash until you have converted them. Confer immediately with your bank before exchanging that check with goods or services. It might be a bouncing check.
Money is not easy. Don’t be easily lured large sums. It must be too good to be true.
Don’t trust strangers that easily. Avoid being the next victim. Read more about scams and the latest strategies that scammers do to trick people. It pays to be informed.
In-depth fraud coverage of computer crimes such as pyramid schemes make this crime library of internet fraud the cybercrime location for the schemes and scams that con artists perpetrate.
