You always have a choice- to go with the trend or live forever bounded by the systems of stresses and everyday tension surrounding corporate living.

American Entrepreneurs, and they’re not few, are discovering the benefits of establishing home based businesses. The ideal state of our economy and the progressive realization for change in lifestyles became the foundations for creating home-based businesses. Many Americans are now beginning to mix their careers with their families, to the outcome of making it to the rat race while being able to enjoy family lives. And that, for most have put them to the pedestal as famous American entrepreneurs.

There are of course many take aways when you start your own home based business. However, you will soon gather the benefits after you get used with the lifestyle. Who knows what you may turn out to in the end? Nevertheless, these are the normal patterns and advantages that entrepreneurs deciding to establish home based business acquire:

Reaping financial benefits is the central thing to becoming famous in American entrepreneurship. statistics would provide us that home based entrepreneurship offers equally attractive financial gains as compared with those that we might get from corporate living. You also have the command over your performances and the consequent benefits that come with it. You no longer have to work for a company or a boss that you do not want working for yet you don’t have a choice but do.

Once you become a home based entrepreneur, there’s no more stressing out all your nerves to get the promotion or salary increase that you desire. Its like having your financial freedom while freeing yourself from the chains of people who seem to gain control over your own life.

Home based businesses also provide financial avenues for people who don’t normally get good jobs.

Home based businesses scream of personal freedom. These provide opportunities to have your whole time for yourself. Home based entrepreneurs definitely have neither corporate cultures to abide by, nor time clocks to maximize and bosses to serve. Instead, they gain freedom in working on the time and in manners that they chose with the benefit of doing all these inside their homes.

There are of course drawbacks to these. Entrepreneurs working home based should have developed ideal time management and control over themselves. It is tempting to stop working for a while and enjoy luxurious treats to yourself. Without discipline, you might find yourself confronted with the loss of income because you felt good resting.

If there is one great advantage to home based business, that is freedom from stress.

Stress makes life more unbearable. It created paths to self-depreciation, to stunted growth. Home working has greatly reduced stresses. There are no deadlines to hit or politics that you can’t help but get involved with. You have liberty over deadlines and schedules that you have no control of. The only thing you have to mind is your work and the deadlines you have set for yourself.

Consigli per pulire al meglio vetri e vetrate

Se già pulire i vetri di casa senza lasciare aloni è un’impresa non sempre facile e immediata, pulire le vetrate di uffici e altri edifici presenta ancora più problemi.

Per pulire i vetri di casa evitando gli aloni, potete usare un detergente vetri, in commercio ce ne sono tantissimi e spesso sono anche multiuso così non dovrete comprare dieci prodotti diversi. Questo è certamente il modo più rapido, adatto a chi non ha molto tempo. Esistono però anche molti rimedi tradizionali, mettere in una bottiglia con spruzzatore un quarto di litro di acqua, mezzo bicchiere di aceto, mezzo bicchiere di alcool e tre gocce di liquido per stoviglie.

Il composto liquido che ne risulta va spruzzato (in piccole quantità) sulla superficie da pulire, quindi asciugare strofinando con un panno asciutto o meglio con carta di giornale.Per vetri molto sporchi è consigliabile passare il vetro una prima volta (acqua tiepida) con carta di giornale bagnata e strizzata ed una seconda volta con acqua pulita, sempre tiepida con l’aggiunta di un cucchiaino di alcool denaturato e una goccia di detersivo per piatti e passare successivamente carta di giornale asciutta e accartocciata. Se pensate di pulire i vetri utilizzando uno straccio, ricordate che prima devono essere spolverati e poi passati con un panno morbido bagnato e strizzato (che non lasci peli), partendo dai lati verso il centro. Ripassare immediatamente dopo con un panno di camoscio o carta di giornale.

Ma quando si tratta di grandi superfici, i problemi sono ben altri, come per esempio la dimensione, il poter raggiungere tutti i punti, oltre al rischio di graffi e danneggiamenti. A quest’ultimo problema si può ovviare utilizzando delle pellicole per vetri, che spesso sono spesse almeno 100 micron. Esistono anche le pellicole riflettenti per ridurre l’apporto di calore e dosare la luce, quelle a bassa emissività per il controllo delle perdite di energia, per la protezione dalle radiazioni ultraviolette.

In genere la pulizia vetrate è svolta tramite prodotti ed attrezzature professionali specifiche, che permettono di raggiungere altezze considerevoli e di pulire a fondo ogni tipo di finestra a vetri, vetrata o vetrina, senza alcun problema e con risultati assolutamente perfetti. Fra questi citiamo le aste telescopiche, scale, trabattelli e piattaforme aeree. Quando le pareti di vetro sono difficili da raggiungere anche tramite questi mezzi, si risolve il problema utilizzando il metodo a doppia corda detto anche tree climbing. Un’attività di certo non facile. Il tutto svolto esclusivamente da personale specifico ed esperto, che tramite delle corde scende lungo le pareti, di qualsiasi altezza, e pulisce le vetrate/rivestimenti vari con nessun tipo di ingombro. In questo modo si evitano anche, nei centri storici, permessi molto costosi e di difficile rilascio al comune.

L’utilizzo di prodotti sgrassanti, di prodotti con principi attivi Solventati/ Acidi o Acido/Alcalino, sono la base delle pulizie di vetri semplici o doppi vetri. Un altro metodo infallibile e di eccezionale efficacia è quello basato sul principio di ionizzazione d’acqua, che, senza alcun prodotto chimico, ma con la sola azione pulente di un getto d’acqua purissima continuo, riesce ad eliminare ogni traccia di sporco da qualsiasi superficie in vetro. Questo metodo è particolarmente indicato per vetrate di dimensioni non superiori ai 15 metri di altezza.

Budget conscious ppl have high age, low- medium income and location can be urban or semi-urban or rural. Further, a house wife may opt for more budgetary post paid connection instead of a land line. So, gender also has a significant impact.

Post-paid connections on the other hand entice you with varying credit limits, # free minutes, fress SMS, very low STD rates and ISD Rates, Roaming charges and facilities, Data transfer charges. This will attract young and sociable people with decent incomes who have their families staying with them or in different states. When it comes to business ppl, they concentrate more on STD, ISD, Roaming and Data transfer charges. So, we can group all the Post paid plans into the following two groups.

– Attractive in terms of # free minutes, CUGs, free SMS, local tarrif and STD
– Attractive in terms of STD, ISD, Roaming and data transfer charges

The segments that find these kinds of offers attractive can be defined by their Age, Gender, Income, Occupation and Geographic location

Young, decently earnings professionals are more likely to take the first kind of offers. Further, young ladies are more likely to have large social networks. The middle aged, self employed ppl may like the second offers. Old ppl with their children settled in different geographic locations may find a third kind of offer wherein the rentals are minimal. And this is attractive to them as they have more incoming calls and very few outgoing calls.

Hence, the presence of all possible offers by different players in the market can be explained by the following 4 factors:

– Age
– Gender
– Occupation
– Income
– Geographic location
